Brian Perry

Brian holds over 30 years of experience in electrical and engineering services within the marine and commercial industries.  Beginning in Norfolk, VA, he was employed through the Jonathan Corporation as an Electrical Engineering Tech and then moved on to Colonna's Shipyard as an Electrical Field Engineer.  Soon after, Brian learned the ins and outs of the business side of a contracting company as a Program Manager at Marine Hydraulics, Inc.  He then ventured out on his own to start his own company, Beach Panel & Controls, in 1995.  In 2008 he sold the business and continued to serve as Vice President for Miller Integrated Power & Controls.

Matthew Werling

Matt began his career in the marine electrical field of 20 years by serving in the US Navy for 6 years as an Electronics Technician.  After his service in the Navy, Matt went to work for Creasy Electronics as a shipyard subcontractor, overhauling Naval Electronic Equipment.  From there, Matt went the entrepreneurial route and started AIM Technical Services from 1994 to 2001 where he then closed the company doors to come work with Brian Perry at Beach Panel & Controls.  While there, Matt directly managed all projects pertaining to Military Sealift Command.
